국문A/S 안내 공지
- 아티산 키캡·트레이는 모두 수작업 제작이라 모든 조형이 100% 동일할 수 없습니다. 아주 미세한 점·흠집·색상 차이·번짐·미세기포 등은 수작업 특성상 자연스럽게 발생할 수 있는 현상입니다.
- 키캡·트레이 외관에 큰 문제가 없는 경우와, 뒷면 또는 스템부(평소 보이지 않는 부분)의 미세한 불량은 A/S 대상이 아닙니다.
- 2차 거래(리셀)로 구매하신 아티산 키캡·트레이는 A/S가 불가능합니다.
- 무상 A/S는 택배 수령일 기준 2주 이내에만 가능합니다. 수령 후 2주 안에 아티산 키캡 스템 결합 여부를 꼭 확인해 주세요.
- 단, 구매하신 지 오래된 아티산 키캡·트레이는 무상 A/S가 어려울 수 있습니다. 이 경우 사전에 DM으로 문의 부탁드립니다.

- Artisan keycaps and artisan trays are all handcrafted, so each piece cannot be 100% identical. Due to the nature of handmade production, minor dots, small scratches, slight color variations, smudging, or tiny air bubbles may naturally occur.
- If there are no major issues with the exterior of the keycap or tray, minor imperfections on the back or stem area (parts not normally visible during use) are not eligible for A/S.
- Artisan keycaps and trays purchased through secondary transactions (resale) are not eligible for A/S.
- Free A/S is available only within 2 weeks from the delivery date. Please make sure to check the stem fit of your artisan keycap within 2 weeks of receiving it.
- However, for artisan keycaps or trays purchased a long time ago, free A/S may not be available. In such cases, please contact us via DM in advance.
